Following on from last week’s unforgettable Futur.Shock LIVE, prepare to journey into the sonic and chaotic realms of the absurd with Chapter Five: 'Caucus Race'.

Through twisted soundscapes and surreal rituals this immersive Chapter will challenge conventional narratives and transport you into alternate dimensions, to seek answers to what progressive futurity might look like. 

For the first time at FOLD, Shapednoise will bring his twisted electronic textures, unpredictable freneticism and boundary-pushing soundscapes.

Barkum Deer, the new project by composer and drummer Louis Giannamore and viola player Jenny Ames, will perform a dense bass-rich cinematic journey through anxious string, electronic flourishes and haunting field recordings. 

Continuing our collaboration with OUTPUT’s we will welcome another performance from the imprint: Col Self, Farvash, Body Drift, Jack Jelfs and Ant The Elder will perform a hallucinogenic ritual with moving image and soundscape, which speculates on the possibility of magick and habit to question what progressive futurity might be, away from the rhetoric of the Capitalocene.

Finally, Chooc Ly will fiercely and emotionally tie the experience together through kaleidoscopic spectrums of club music and futuristic sound transporting you to the outer reaches of the cosmos.
