Fly Open Air 2024 is tbc...

No, Fly Open Air is a non camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. However there is plenty of alternative accommodation to choose from. 

Weekend tickets start from £99.25 plus booking fee. 

By Car - Public transport is recommended as there is limited car parking on site. There is also a car and taxi drop off point.

By Taxi - There are several local taxi companies that can run you to and from the estate.

By Bus - Shuttle buses services will be available with First Bus. The Shuttle buses will be running from 11:00am 3:00pm to Hopetoun. Shuttle buses will be leaving Hopetoun from 9:00pm. 

By Rail - The closest train station is Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. The shuttle buses are a short walk from the train station to take you to the festival site. 

Fly Open Air is located at Hopetoun House near Edinburgh, Scotland.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Fly Open Air. You may be asked to show photo ID.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into Fly Open Air. There will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival. 

The following items are prohibited from FLY Open Air:

• No Alcohol or Food - there will be bars & food traders on site
• No glass of any kind
• Fireworks, flares or high-power torches
• No illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances) allowed on site
• Nitrous oxide
• Dogs or pets are permitted on site with the exception of assistance dogs
• Drones / sky lanterns
• Portable laser equipment and pens
• Selfie sticks
• Spray cans / marker pens
• Professional film / videoing equipment
• Megaphones / airhorns
• High-Vis tabards or jackets
• Bladed or sharp objects
• Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• No large bags, only small bags permitted
