Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

In It Together is held at Old Park Farm and as such there is some uneven ground. Whilst every precaution is being made, the weather conditions can dramatically affect the ground conditions so wherever possible please try to consider what preparations you may need to make and equipment you may need to bring along.
In It Together takes place on Friday 24th to Sunday 26th May 2024. There will also be an exclusive campers party on Thursday 23rd May.
Yes, camping is a big part of the In It Together experience. As well as the usual amenities, the sites have camping convenience stores, a selection of breakfast food traders as well as access to showers, toilets and a dedicated BBQ area. You can also upgrade your camping experience by booking one of the Boutique Camping packages.
Club Miami is their dedicated VIP area and is the perfect way to experience In It Together. You will be given access to the exclusive VIP area which boasts a cocktail bar & upgraded toilets for VIP use only, which also avoids queuing. A viewing garden and a chance to rub shoulders with some of the country’s most influential people. If you’d like to purchase VIP tickets or upgrade and need a little more information and support, please drop an email at vip@escaperecords.co.uk and include your phone number and the VIP team will give you a call to assist.
Yes, there is parking on site. Passes are available at a cost of £25 per vehicle. Please be aware parking will be allocated on a first come first served basis so we recommend booking in advance. The car park will be open from 9am on Friday 3rd June and will close at midday on Monday 6th June.
In It Together takes place at Old Park Farm, Water Street, Margam, Port Talbot SA13 2TG and is easily located by car, train or coach.
The campsite opens at 9am on Friday 26th May and will close at 12pm on Monday 29th May.
There will be an early access add on you can purchase for Thursday entry to the campsite from 12pm. The add on includes an exclusive campers party.
After significant feedback from In It Together 2022, the festival are working hard behind the scenes to provide improved accessible features within the festival for 2023. As a result, they are currently reworking their Access Requirement form to be more suited in order for them to provide these improved features. Once complete, you will need to pre-book using the Access Requirement form, please email accessibility@escaperecords.co.uk to receive this. This form and the required evidence must be sent to them once you have purchased a ticket.
There will be two car parks, one for Weekend Camping and one for day visitors. All those with Non Weekend camping will park with the day tickets. Please note you will need to purchase a parking ticket.
The campsite will open at 9am on Friday 26th and will close at Midday on Monday 29th May 2023. The festival site will be open from 11am until 2am on Friday and Saturday and 11am-11pm on Sunday.

General campsite pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. However you can purchase a pre-pitched tent in the VIP campsite hosted by Pink Moon. Please visit Pink Moon Camping
There is a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend our events without bringing a personal assistant. Once you have bought a full price ticket, please fill in the access requirement form (email accessibility@escaperecords.co.uk to receive this) and provide a form of evidence as listed on the form to receive your personal assistant ticket.
In It Together does not allow pass outs to the car park during the festival. However, you will be allowed multiple trips when unloading / loading your car.
You will need to purchase camping tickets as well as a campervan pitch. You will also need to purchase a parking pass for any towing vehicles.
Yes you can – the allocated pitch size for camper vans and caravans is 8m x 6m. Due to uneven ground in some areas, please take precautions to ensure that your vehicle is securely stationed. Please note for those with caravans and trailer tents, please note that towing vehicles must be removed from the Campsite and parked in the public car park.
Please note you must purchase a Motorhome pitch in addition to the cost of your weekend camping tickets.
Can I bring my children?
In It Together is open for all ages. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
A Challenge 25 policy will be in place on all bars and may be asked to provide evidence of your age with valid photographic ID (Driving License or Passport.)
Can I bring my grandparents?
Yes everyone is welcome at In It Together and we want you to bring the grandparents for free!
There will be a number of accessible toilets located on the festival site and within the campsite.
The car park is a short walk to the campsite.
Yes all motorhomes include electrical hook up. But please be aware that no hookups are available for water within the Campsite.
No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol or food into the main arena at the festival, this is to only be consumed within the campsite. Bins will be provided at the gates to dispose of any items before entering the main arena.
There are several standpipes that contain free, clean drinking water in the campsites and main arena. Please bring a container that you can refill during the weekend. Bottled water will also be available to purchase at the catering units and bars throughout the site. Please identify yourself with these points and ensure you stay hydrated across the weekend.
In It Together has a wide variety of food and drink facilities available with various cuisines on offer, there’s something for everyone at this summer’s event.
On arrival, there will be an Access Information Point where customers can collect further information on access within the festival site. It is also here that additional pre-agreed wristbands can be collected.
The accessible campsite will be cordoned off from general camping. There will be a number of accessible toilets and showers. Please assist with planning by letting the festival know if you intend to use this service when completing the Access Requirement Form.
Near to the Accessible Campsite there are village services (bar, concessions, information point and welfare).
In It Together do not allow separate tents to be erected alongside your campervan/ motor homes. However, if you wish to erect an awning, this is possible. You must allow 2m of space between your own awning and your neighbours plot and any awning must fit within your 8m x 6m pitch size.
Please note, all awning is erected at the discretion of the campsite manager, and you may be asked to remove it if it deemed obstructive to the surrounding pitches.
here is a wide selection of beer, cider, wine and cocktails available across the main arena for you to enjoy during the weekend.
If you are camping you are permitted to bring in your own alcohol. When unloading your camping equipment from your car, you are only permitted to bring alcohol in on the FIRST trip, all other attempts to bring in alcohol will not be allowed. Please see below on what you can and can’t bring and thank you for your understanding:
You can bring the following into the campsite PER PERSON:
- EITHER 10 x cans of beer or lager or cider
- OR 10 premixed spirit cans (max 250ml)
- OR 1 bottle of wine decanted into a plastic bottle
Please note
- Strictly no spirits or hard liquor are permitted
- No glass is permitted on site
- Searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with
- Any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated
- This alcohol may only be consumed within the campsite
- Sealed bottles of water and soft drinks are allowed, but will be checked on entry to the site. There will be no limit on soft drinks
- No pass-outs or readmission will be permitted for the duration of the festival
- A wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails will be available in the main arena across the weekend

In the general campervan area, cars and campervans will be parked in a designated area and cannot be parked alongside tents.
The campsite food stalls will be open from 8AM. There will be a wide range of teas, coffees, smoothies and delicious food to start your day the right way!
An Accessible Car Park is located within the Accessible Campsite perimeter. Customers are allowed to park their cars near their tent in a designated car park, but not directly next to their tent.

Yes we have teamed up with Junior Jungle to provide a daily programme of incredible family activities.
The following list is prohibited from In It Together:
Glass items, candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, drones, gazebos and any items which in the absolute discretion of the Promoter are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival are prohibited.
Everyone will be searched on entry and management reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
