Was made clear that this was an indoor, sit down event. As such it wasn’t suitable for my child and I wouldn’t have chosen to attend if I had known prior.

Very misleading, not what I was expecting at all. Facebook event suggested from the photos and posts in the discussion that it was outside, rides were there etc.
Far too many people in the golf club for the space meaning kids were squashed, couldn't see and didn't get to experience / touch / stroke the dinosaurs.
Very disappointed and feel it was overpriced for what we got

Absolute rip off and least covid safe thing I and my family have been to during the last 1.5 years. Absolutely ridiculous.

I felt it was very mis advertised. The photos were not a true representation of the event. It looked like an outdoor event like a family fun day type event. We took our 10 month old baby with us thinking this was the case where if we had known it was a sit down indoor event either myself or my husband would have stayed at home with him and just took our eldest child therefore saying some of the very overpriced £40 we paid for a family ticket.
Our ticket also stated it was 11am - 12:30 am therefore making me think it was an all day event if it had stated 11am - 12:30pm we would have realised it had been an hour and a half and that it was not a full family day out.

really great fun, the kids seem to enjoy it, possibly slightly larger venue required. Seemed rather expensive as with only 1 child it cost £45.

very misleading due to all photos on the website being outside and this being inside. No covid measures were put in place and we left early due to being very uncomfortable with the crowds and lack of ventilation.
Very disappointed and concerned that more thought was not put into the safety of those attending and the staff.
Ticket information was very poor and not clear about entry times or that this was a sit down show.
Over priced. Would not book again.

A brilliant event suitable for all ages, dinosaurs made fun and interactive. We loved it.
