Absolutely fantastic performances by all contenders .
Venue was great .
Drinks tokens queue was a joke to be honest , once you had them , it was another extremely slow, long queue to get the drinks .
The toilet queues were so long as this seems to be the case in all these sorts of events .
Over all We thoroughly enjoyed it .

Craig David was great however the rest of the day was shocking! The sound was terrible and kept turning off so we had loads of long periods with no music! I was not pre advised that you could not buy drinks from any bars with actual cash and when we had to buy tokens the queue to get these was over two hours long! We had VIP tickets but the security guards were taking money from people who only had standard tickets to let them in, therefore the front row guarantees we were promised was non existent!
People were restless and aggravated due to the disappointing lack of music and so fights and arguments broke out everywhere. The atmosphere was terrible! Then mass crowds were made to leave the area all together therefore huge queues to get out of the road. Dangerous driving with pedestrians everywhere and no staff seemed to be controlling anything, it was a shambles and I feel to ask for my money back!!!

Was an absolute amazing experience
Was plenty of food and drink stalls
The dj was brilliant at entertaining everyone during the breaks
And Craig David well he was amazing
Will defo book again

Event holders did not supply what was put on the website. The experience was awful and I had to leave early

Great venue and great that in our local area. No motorway drive like if attending racecourses etc.
So lucky to have on our doorstep.
Fab catering choices even if quite long queues but to be expected. VIP area was brilliant and had fab view from up the hill looking down towards the stage.
Definitely would go again.
Perhaps mention Wi-Fi not great so book tokens for drinks in advance and take cash for everything else.
Only downside - chaos trying to get out afterwards, definitely need lanes to exit rather than 7+ lanes of cars merging into one!!

The organisation was shocking, support acts given very last minute were poor and VIP wasn’t vip. Tickets seemed to be forever reduced and VIP quantity upped making what I paid over the odds. The organisation was so poor and Craig David on late so not impressed at all :(

The prices were awful, the drink tickets were a rip off, and the queues were an absolute joke. Technical faults the whole night just absolutely killed the scene.
