It was a good night, just when the midnight came there was no countdown, guests that were looking at the clock started counting down from 8 on top of the music, no proper celebration.

We got to the door (5 of us) and the bouncer had no idea there was even an event on. We payed £14 each and there was only us and 8 others that had payed for this ‘event’. There must have been 100 or more people who had got in for free. Not happy

I paid £13 for a ticket when when I arrived at 9pm they were just letting anyone in, it was advertised as something more exclusive. I then didn’t get given my drinks tickets or even asked for my ticket on entry to which I asked at the bar and a manager came to see me, terrible customer service, no apology or anything.

For me it was sold as a Havana Garden Fiesta hence Latin music was expecting. When we approached to the DJ he denied to play any Latin Music. It was only af ter we complained to the manager that he put a few. The “samba dancers” were not dancing samba at all but they were lovely. The paella was tasteless- a shame . I felt like I went to a club to listen to the same music like any other day - nothing special

We visited for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday. We didn't realise you could still get into the venue and enjoy the music etc without having to pay for a ticket/wristband which was a bit annoying, especially as the 'VIP' area outside had less atmosphere than the 'regular' section. Never the less we had a brilliant time, Sax player and dancers were fantastic and really friendly - as were the other people there. Tom the first DJ was fab, second DJ wasn't so friendly! very short and abrupt when asking for requests and unable to play similar style music to inside apparently, which is fine but no need to be moody about it. He did play some great tunes though to be fair and we danced the day and night away! Would still recommend and come again, we had a great time.

Paying to sit in a certain area, others who hadn't paid could still sit close so nit sure what the point of this was just exploring people

They had over booked the venue to the point you couldn’t even get a drink. We stood in the queue at the bar over 45 minutes, and still were no where near the front to get a drink.

The bouncers awful people were clearly too drunk and one girl fell over on the decking and the bouncers laughed.

We ended up leaving and spending our new year in a better venue and had a lot of fun so wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone and I want compensation as we spent £200 and only got cheap Prosecco and an awful night.

Lovely staff. A little one dimensional. I think we were spoilt last year at the rooftop Gardens NYE which had a dress code and felt more classy. Great band though.
