The organisers behind the UK's biggest metal festival have today revealed the headliners and a raft of talent set to play Download Festival in 2019.
Included on the surprise announcement are US metal dons Slipknot, Tool, who return to the UK 13 years after their last Download performance, and legendary British rockers Whitesnake. Other highlights include Trivium, Slash and Def Leppard, who will perform seminal album Hysteria in full. Make sure to check out the full Download Festival line up so far.
The festival is known as the country's best celebration of all things heavy and next year takes place between Friday 14th June and Sunday 16th June at its spiritual home of Donington Park.
