Project 6 festival

Project 6 takes place on Friday 24th May 2024.

Doors will open at 1.30pm

There is no parking available at Brockwell Park and you are actively encouraged not to drive to this event. Brockwell Park is well served by public transport so please use public transport: 

The nearest Tube is Brixton Station (10 minute walk) 

The nearest National Rail is Herne Hill (5 minute walk) 

There are numerous bus routes from Central London 

Use the TFL Journeyplanner tool (journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk) to plan your route to and from the event. You can select Brockwell Park as a place of interest.

Customers with Access requirements are welcome at all festivals across the Brockwell Live series. There are a number of facilities available on site to make sure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, including the provision of free Personal Assistance Tickets. Access Customers will be sent an Accessible Information Pack and Access Site Map prior to the event.

Project 6 is located at Brockwell Park, London.

A VIP ticket includes fast track entry into Project 6, bespoke bar, bespoke food concessions, a sound system and DJs, seating.

At the end of the event, think of the neighbours around the park and leave quietly. 

There are two exits out of the event, one to Brixton Station and one for Herne Hill Station. All park gates will be secured with the exception of Brixton Water Lane gate and Herne Hill gates. Please follow signage and instructions of security who are there to help you. 

A Personal Assistance ticket is made available to customers requiring assistance in order to attend the event. If you require a PA ticket please purchase your own ticket first and then apply for your PA ticket by filling out the access booking form. Proof of eligibility is required to provide you with your PA ticket. The event organisers will adopt the Attitude Is Everything policy for proof of eligibility. The following forms of copied evidence make an individual ‘automatically eligible’:

• Front page of DLA / PIP letter
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter 
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• Credability’s Access Card showing you require a +1/+2 to accompany you

This event is strictly over 18s.

If you are asked to present ID, they accept passports or UK driver’s and provisional licences. 

Please note that a Challenge 25 policy will be in operation at all bars on site.

Your tickets will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the festival. 

A Blue Badge car park will operate at the events. Spaces within the blue badge car park are limited, must be pre-booked, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. To apply please fill out the access booking form.

If you have missed out on a space and must drive to the event, Lambeth will allow Blue Badge holders to park in bays marked ‘Disabled’ or ‘Pay and Display’ for an unlimited time.

There is no re-entry to the site once you have entered the event. Please make sure you have everything you need with you. If you need to re-enter the event for exceptional circumstances please contact info@project6festival.com

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

The show takes place in Brockwell Park. The area is predominantly grass, with limited hard standing pathways. All activities and stages are situated on the grass fields of the park. 

Such terrain can become muddy in wet weather and this can limit access or make mobility more difficult. The weather can have a big impact on how easy it is for people to move around the site so please take this into consideration when planning your day. 

Although there are some tarmac tracks on the festival site, these do not run into the stages (which all stand on grass). All road systems leading to the centre of the park from the entrances run up a slight gradient.

The following are considered dangerous and are not permitted, the security team reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items:  

• Animals (other than registered assistance dogs)
• Drones 
• Drugs/Controlled Substances (including psychoactive substances “legal highs” & Nitrous Oxide)
• Filming equipment (professional photography or filming equipment)
• Liquids other than sealed bottles of water up to 500ml in size or tubes of suncream and hand sanitiser up to 50ml.
• Glass in any form (including perfume bottles) 
• Cans or metal containers 
• Spray cans, Gas canisters of compressed gas in any container 
• Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns 
• Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives 
• Hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers / scanners 
• Firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort 
• Large bags (over A4 size). There won't be a cloakroom.
• Large golf umbrellas 
• Balloons 
• Stools / camping sticks / chairs or other furniture 
• Gazebos or parasols 
• Sports equipment 
• Flags and banners 
• Megaphones, amplification equipment 
• Klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise 
• Laser pens 
• Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys, buggies 
• Glitter (customers can wear their own glitter when they arrive on site, but cannot bring any bottles / packets of glitter to site)
• Any other item which security may deem hazardous

Viewing platforms are available at the Main Stage, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4.

Please note that the Main Stage and Stage 2 viewing platform is uncovered, so please prepare for all weather conditions. 

The viewing platforms are designed for wheelchair users and others for whom the standing area is not suitable, plus a companion or PA ticket-holder if required. A wristband will be required to gain access to the viewing platforms, which can be collected on entry at the Accessible Entrance. Access to the viewing platforms will be on a first come first served basis. 

Accessible toilets and charging points will be available at each viewing platform.

You may not bring any food or drink (including alcohol) to the event with the exception of sealed bottles of water up to 500ml in size. Free water points are available on site. Empty reusable water bottles are permitted. If you require an exemption on medical grounds please contact info@project6festival.com

Registered BSL Performance Interpreters, provided by Performance Interpreting, will be available at the Main Stage for all performances. If you wish to be escorted to the main arena in order to get a good sight line of our Interpreters, please head to the welfare area where someone will be able to escort you closer to the stage. 

Hearing loops will be available at the Box Office, the Accreditation Office, the Access Tent and at Bar 2 (located next to the Access Tent). 

This is a full standing show and personal chairs and stools are not permitted, however there is some seating around food concession areas within the site so you can enjoy your meal. This is an outdoor event on a greenfield site, so please be aware that ground conditions may be variable. We recommend customers prepare for all weathers. 

If you need to store medicine, you can store it in the fridge in the medical centre, please go to the Welfare tent where someone will be able to assist you.

There will be no ATMs available on site. These are cashless events and only Card Payments will be accepted. 

We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. We recognise the sunflower lanyard and card scheme. In an effort to reduce the use of plastic on site the event has implemented a ban on the sale of all single use plastic bottles on site. 

This is a space that people can use when they need to get away from the crowd for a while. It is located in the Welfare Tent.

Lost Property is handled at the Welfare Tent. Please head there and speak to our Lost Property Manager if you have lost or found an item.  

Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights and strobe effects on all stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.
