Fires of any kind (including barbecues) are not allowed anywhere on site except the official campfire points which may only be lit and tended by Kelburn crew.
Private generators and sound systems are not allowed anywhere on site and may be confiscated until the end of the event.
Cars and large non-live-in vehicles may only park in the designated parking field.
No vehicles are allowed into the camping fields – please contact us if you have accessibility concerns.
The car parks and live-in vehicle fields close to arrivals at 10pm, vehicles arriving after then will not be allowed onto site. The box office closes at 10pm daily.
Live-In Vehicles or Caravans in the camper van field must have an adequate number of Plot Tickets and you must agree to Kelburn’s Live-In Vehicle and Caravan rules as displayed here.
Live-In Vehicles and Caravans that do not have adequate plot space must pay the appropriate fee to park in the parking field and may NOT be lived and/or slept in. ** PLEASE BUY YOUR PLOT TICKET NOW **
No glass bottles are allowed on site.
Alcohol not purchased at Kelburn may only be consumed in the campsite.
Please respect the family camping areas by being quiet after 8pm and behaving in a child friendly manner. Otherwise you may be asked to relocate to general camping.
All full ticket holders must pay £5 Environmental Deposit at box office when collecting wristbands. To reclaim your Environmental Deposit please return a sack of rubbish or a small bag of cigarette butts with your packed up tent to the skip between 5pm and 9pm on Sunday or 9am and 1pm on Monday. A member of our crew will take the rubbish, check you have packed away your tent or Live-In Vehicle and cut the recycle symbol off the tag on your wristband. If your wristband is damaged, defaced or removed then we will be unable to return your deposit. Environmental Deposits cannot be processed after 1pm on Monday.
The car park and campsite are open from 2pm on Friday if you have purchased a Full Weekend Ticket or Friday only ticket and 10am Saturday and Sunday if you have purchased a Saturday or Sunday only ticket. The Summerfields area opens at 3pm on Friday. The rest of the festival opens and starts at 7pm on Friday and ends at 3am on Monday. The campsite closes at 2pm on Monday.
Kelburn Garden Party follows the “Challenge 25” policy. If you are over 18 but look like you may be under 25 you must bring photo ID to get an adult wristband and be allowed to buy / consume alcohol on-site. Bar staff are instructed to challenge for ID.
Dogs are not allowed at Kelburn Garden Party.
All attendees (including guardians on behalf of their children) agree to be photographed and filmed and for any images and footage to be used for promotion by Kelburn Arts.
Illegal drug use will not be tolerated at Kelburn. Please do not bring and/or take drugs. Searches will be carried out by security and, if you are found to have any illegal drugs, they will be confiscated and the police will be informed.
All attendees agree to have their person, tent, vehicle and any other property searched by members of the security and / or Kelburn management team.
Kelburn Arts will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained before, during or after the event unless proved to be caused by the negligence of Kelburn Arts.
Kelburn is a working country centre situated within a glen, consequently there is a wide variety of walking surfaces. You must take particular care when outside the central events area and in the glen and ensure you return to lit areas before dusk. As you would expect accidents are possible so please dress appropriately with appropriate footwear and take care.
You will be emailed with a link to your tickets which contain a unique barcode and can be downloaded onto your smartphone or printed off (although showing your ticket on your phone saves trees!) iPhone and Android users can now display the QR barcoded ticket within the Skiddle app. You may access the barcoded ticket after the barcode release date which will be displayed at www.skiddle.com/orders & within the Skiddle App.
The name on the ticket is not checked against ID unless there is a problem scanning the ticket. If someone has a copy of your ticket they can claim your wristband(s). We cannot be held responsible for the security of your ticket any more than we would be responsible for you losing a traditional physical ticket. Please be careful.
If your wristband is damaged or broken you must bring it with you to Box Office to request a replacement. If you lose your wristband then we will be unable to replace it even if you can prove that you purchased a ticket. If you are concerned that your wristband is damaged or may fall off, we will be happy to replace it. If you come to us with a wristband that has come off of your wrist completely please bring your ticket or proof that you purchased a ticket or we will be unable to replace it.

Kelburn Garden Party Terms & Conditions (Thursday Bolt On Tickets)
Thursday Bolt On ticket holders are subject to all the normal T&C’s detailed above however they have extra conditions:
Thursday Bolt On ticket holders must also have purchased a full weekend ticket. Thursday Birthday Bolt On tickets are invalid if purchased alone.
Box office will open at 16:00 on Thursday 2nd July – access to the campsite and live-in vehicle field will only be allowed to full weekend camping ticket holders who also hold a Thursday Bolt On ticket.
The Thursday Bolt On ticket allows access to a limited area of the festival arena that will be open from 18:00-00:00 on Thursday 2nd July and limited early access to certain areas of the festival arena earlier than main opening on Friday 3rd July
Under 5’s accompanying an adult with a Thursday Bolt On ticket will not require a Thursday Bolt On ticket.

Friday only = 2pm on Friday until 6pm on Saturday
Saturday only = 10am on Saturday until 6pm on Sunday

Kelburn Arts’ terms and conditions include but are not limited to:
Children under 18 years old may attend KGP with a Youth (13-17 y/o), Child (5-12 y/o) or Child (Under 5) ticket if accompanied by an appropriate adult guardian.
All attendees aged 18 and over must buy an adult ticket.
Children who are under 5, 13 or 18 but look like they MAY be over that age must have an official letter, birth certificate or similar to prove entitlement to cheaper ticket. If such proof of age is not shown to box office staff then the guardian must pay for the next age range ticket.

Parking Terms & Conditions
Kelburn Arts’ terms and conditions include but are not limited to:
The car parks and live-in vehicle fields open at the same time as the camping fields at the beginning of each event. Anyone arriving before that will be directed off site until the stated opening time.
The car parks and live-in fields close at 10pm, no vehicles are allowed in after that time. Security will assist drivers wanting to leave site but no vehicles are allowed to park (or return to a parking space) until 10am.
Taxis and other vehicles may drive through site after 10pm in order to drop off or pick attendees but no vehicle may be parked or left (even briefly).
Any vehicle which get stuck after dark must be left until 9am. Kelburn will not recover stuck vehicles until the morning shift starts.
Kelburn Arts reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without notice.
Live-In Vehicle Terms & Conditions
Kelburn Arts’ terms and conditions include but are not limited to:
Camping (staying overnight) is included with KGP tickets but at at Psychedelic Forest events everyone staying overnight must have a “with camping” event ticket plus a plot ticket(s) for their live-in vehicle.
Space is very limited so ensure you buy enough 4x6m plots for your live-in vehicle, getting into and out of it, awning, etc. You are allowed to buy more than one plot.
Tents are allowed in your plot so long as they fit completely inside the boundary.
Pitches cannot be held or reserved but the first person to arrive can redeem friends’ plot tickets if you wish to be together. You must also be present to identify your friend when he/she arrives on site or they won’t be allowed into the space.
Any Live-In Vehicles / Caravans which do not have plot tickets purchased in advance may have to pay to be parked in regular parking and NOT be lived or slept in.
Kelburn does not have any facilities for emptying chemical toilets, they must be removed and emptied away from Kelburn

Camping is defined as being on site before or after the event. This includes but is not limited to staying in a tent, live-in vehicle or caravan, or attending the campfire session. To clarify, you must purchase a camping ticket in order to stay on site after 4am.
All camping ticket holders must pay £5 Environmental Deposit at box office when collecting wristbands.
To reclaim your Environmental Deposit please take a sack of rubbish or a small bag of cigarette butts to the skip between 9am and 2pm on Sunday. A member of clear up crew will take the rubbish, check you have packed away your tent or Live-In Vehicle and cut off your wristband. If your wristband is damaged, defaced or removed then your ED is forfeit. At 2pm on Sunday any unclaimed Environmental Deposits are withheld as payment for afternoon use of the campsite.
The campsite is open from 4pm Saturday if you have purchased a with camping Ticket. The event starts at 7pm on Saturday and ends at 4am on Sunday. The campsite closes at 2pm on Sunday. Entry to Kelburn before 4pm on Saturday is NOT permitted and may result in your ticket being voided without refund.
Strictly over 18s only. If you are over 18 but look like you MIGHT be under 25 you must bring photo ID or you will be refused entry to the event and no refund will be issued.

If your wristband is damaged or broken go straight to box office to request a replacement. The wristbands are designed to be worn for weeks so should last one weekend easily. If you lose your wristband then we will not be able to replace it even if you can prove that you purchased a ticket. If you come to us with a damaged wristband that is still attached to your wrist then we will replace it with a new one. If you come to us with a wristband that has been torn off completely then you must prove that you bought a ticket before we will be able to replace it.

Kelburn Arts Child Protection Policy
A child is anyone under the age of 18.
Children may only attend Kelburn Garden Party if accompanied by a suitable and responsible adult guardian. The guardian is responsible for the welfare of the child at all times.
All Kelburn staff, sub-contractors and volunteers who work with children will either be PVG checked or supervised by someone who is PVG checked.
Lost children should be taken to either the first aid and welfare team or country reception where they will be looked after by staff who either PVG checked or supervised by someone who is PVG checked.
Children under the age of 5 (plus older children at the guardian’s request) are issued with a wristband onto which the guardian’s phone number is written.
If anyone is concerned about the welfare of a child, it is their duty to report to first aid and welfare or operation team. Kelburn Arts management will assess the situation and where appropriate contact either Police Scotland or Social Care Direct.
Disability Access Scheme
For this event, we're using the Skiddle Access Scheme by offering Personal Assistant tickets for customers who need to be accompanied. A Personal Assistant ticket is offered free of charge when somebody with a disability requires a carer to be in attendance with them. To automatically be eligible, please provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation listed below.
