Brew Monday on Monday 21st January 2019
Our vision is simply to create a night where people can trial activities that could potentially help their mental health.
Activity times:
8pm-8.30pm: *free* pizza
8.30pm-8.35pm: guided meditation 1
8.40pm-8.55pm: yoga
9pm-9.15pm: clubercise
9.20pm-9.25pm: guided meditation 2
9.30pm – late: board games and video games
