Quakers Meeting Hall Harpenden

t is the wish of Harpenden Friends that their meeting house should be used as much as possible for the benefit of the local community. We welcome hires whose activities do not conflict with recognised Quaker principles and values. We accept bookings for commercial purposes but give preference to non-profit organisations. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.

We have three rooms available for hire on Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 10.30 pm and on Saturday between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. There are tables and chairs available for all rooms and these can be set out to suit your requirements. All bookings may include the use of the kitchen facilities (includes a microwave, a cooker, water heater, utensils, crockery and cutlery) for a small additional charge. There is a small car park that will take about 9 cars and this is available on a first come basis. The building has full central heating, excellent toilets and disabled access throughout.
