our versatile events space is a blank canvas suitable for any event hire.
Originally, this grade 2 listed building hidden under Cannon street station
was once an economic powerhouse dating back to the 1800's.


To some it was known as the 'Mighty Steel Yard'.


We have showcased some of London's finest parties and corporate events,
from some of the world's most prestigious DJ's or even intimate's events
to fashion shows, the phenomenon is a never-ending wonderland!

With a capacity of 850 in the first 2 arches and 200 in our city bar,
where else would you want to be?

CITY BAR
Formerly the Loose Cannons, the city bar was once many years ago, a unique gathering place for people from all walks of life. It would not be unusual to be a sharing drink with a member of royalty to a simple poet even a local gangster. Well known people such as Samuel Pepys', The Kray brothers and many more had made this their 'local'. This became London's institution, where eccentricity became a creed.


Our industrial interior and restored brick arches, provide a stunning back drop to this quirky hideaway. Time stands still, without a clock or window in sight, you may even think you're in Vegas! With the capacity of 40 seated and up to 200 standing, the buzz you will get from here is remarkable. The traditional menu will not disappoint and how can we forget happy hour? Between 5-6pm, why miss out? The space is available for private hire, a perfect way to celebrate any event.


CLUB
The Steel Yard with its cutting-edge nights and its state of the art light and sound system brings you a unique take on London's clubbing scene. This carefully perfected club space was tailor made to suit amateur to the most professional underground clubbers. Its 10,000sq ft has more than enough space to experience the aura of the club.
