Even though our tickets came with guaranteed entry we were turned away at the door before 1am. At the venue we were told to email for a refund. I have emailed 4 times and no one has replied. Overselling a venue but marketing the ticket as guarantees entry is ILLEGAL. Please issue me a refund. Thanks

Only negative I have is the bar staff on the night were very blatantly choosing to serve certain people. Because of this the wait was so long that I didn’t go back for another drink. Thankfully the music was epic so no reason to head to the bar anyway.
