This event was cancelled and a refund was not issued despite being notified that it would be via email. I contacted the venue and did not hear back on the status of the refund. I’m really disappointed as I’d love to go back to Metropolis but I’m not sure if I’d like to now after not being refunded £50+ worth of tickets. Such a shame and I hope this can be resolved soon.
