Event supposed to start at 8:30 the band didn't come on until gone 9:30 and then didn't perform many songs. Definitely not worth the price. And had to sit around in the Bentley for 2 hours with no atmosphere - waste of time.

My husband and I had an amazing time, a lovely venue the singers were both fantastic. It was lovely to see so many people all dressed up dancing and celebrating the New Year 2022.
Forgot to mention the buffet was really nice lots to choose from. I would defo recommend this venue and I would love to go back next year . Happy New Year x

Table for 4 adults and child.
£100+
Access anytime from 12 noon to 5pm.
Telephone booking based on total covid protection..ie..
Covid passport at door.
Face masks other than at table.
Staff masks at all times.
Social distance.
Santa to wear mask if required.
Arrived 1pm.
No-one at door..maskless elf appears and just says go upstairs.
No-one upstairs but 2 maskless elves face painting.
Maskless waiter asks how many in party and assembles makeshift table for 4 (5 in our party).
People coming and going at will.
No check whatsoever, could have just walked in off street.
Had to request table decorations ie crackers etc.
Was driving so declined free prosecco but had to buy
orange juice.
Child not offered free drink so had to buy.
Utter chaos.
Have emailed hotel 3 times for their comments but to no avail.

Extremely disappointed and would not personally recommend this particular function at this hotel.

Paid far too much for low buget food. 27 pound for one child and the cheapest food and present ever !
