OH, WHAT FUN IT IS TO SKATE!

With the winter months on our doorstep and the Christmas season around the corner, it’s time to get On The Ice Rink and glide, cut shapes and have the time of your life on Our Ice Rink! The perfect winter activity that will get you moving, encourage quality time and banish those winter blues.

Ice Skating Is The Perfect Festive Activity For First Dates, Play Dates And Best Mates.

A fun and energetic activity to accompany a Winter Wonderland, the ice skating rink will be Our main attraction. Families can choose various ice skating sessions during the day, including afternoon sun, twilight and after dark under the stars!

And there’s still plenty more activities to do after too!

Ice Skating Waiver 2022

£6.00 Per Person For Adult (Under 14)

£6.00 Per Child (4-14 Year Olds Must Be Accompanied By An Adult)

Ticket Price Includes Ice Skate Hire And An Hour On The Rink.

Skate Aid Hire £5.00 : Our Cute Fun Skate Penguins Can Be Hired To Help Encourage Young Children On To The Ice And Try Out Ice Skating. They Are Designed For Children Up To 1.2m In Height. (You Also Need To Purchase An Ice Skating Ticket Alongside The Skate Aid For Entry To The Rink)

Available To Book Out For Private And Corporate Parties.

Safety Rules

DO NOT:

Do Not Sit On Or Climb Over The Safety Barrier

Do Not Chip Or Throw Any Ice

Do Not Skate At Excessive Speed

Do Not Smoke, Drink, Or Eat On The Ice

Do Not Drop Litter On The Ice

Do Not Carry Babies Or Young Children On The Ice

Do Not Skate In Chains Of More Than Two

Do Not Wear Scarves Or Long Coats On The Ice

Do Not Carry Handbags/ Any Bags On The Ice

Do Not Cut Across The Middle Of The Rink

Do Not Play Tag

Do Not Consume Alcohol Before Attempting To Skate

Do Not Wear Peaked Caps Or Hoods On The Ice

Do Not Congregate At The Barrier Entrance

Do Not Use Mobile Phones Or Cameras

DO:

Do Make Sure Skates Are Correctly Tightened

Do Wear Gloves

Do Skate In An Anti Clockwise Direction Only

Do Obey Instructions Given By The Ice Rink Management

CHILDREN

Please Note, A Child Is Defined By Age And Must Be Under The Age Of 14.

If A Child Does Not Have Any Proof Of Age, It Is The Discretion Of The Ice Rink Management As To Whether A Child Or Adult Ticket Is Required.

Management Holds The Right To Refuse Entry And Ice Rink Managements Decision Is Final.

No One Under The Age Of 4 Years Old Will Be Allowed On The Rink. 4-14 Year Olds Must Be Accompanied By An Adult On The Rink. Management Reserves The Right To Refuse Entry/ Eject Patrons From The Rink Without Any Refund. Refunds Are Only Given At Management Discretion. Personal Belongings Are Left At The Owners Risk.

Assumption Of Risk

Skaters And Spectators Are Deemed To Have Knowledge Of And Assume The Inherent Risks Which Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following: Injuries Resulting From Collision Or Contact With Other Skaters. Injuries Resulting From Falls. Injuries That Involve Objects Or Artificial Structures That Are Properly Within The Intended Path Of Travel Of The Skater. Injuries Resulting From Wet Flooring.

Skating Is Not Suitable For:

Pregnant Women

Anyone With A Heart Condition.
