Peggy Gou is the Berlin-based South-Korean DJ that is taking the House music world by storm at the moment. Know for crafting tunes that are like kaleidoscopic dreams, her energetic DJ sets have given her a platform of hugely loyal fans. Having played all across the world, we can't wait to see where she ends up next.

She's released plenty of material, each song as dreamy as the next. We thought we'd take a closer look at five of the tracks that have made Peggy Gou such a renowned talent. You can check them out below.

I Go

Released in 2021, it would turn out to be one of the best tracks of the year and one of Peggy Gou's greatest. A sound that instantly transports you to the heart of the Summer, it switches languages between Korean and English, a staple of Gou's records. What makes this track so special is its ability to instantly loosen you up.

This is House music where every single part of the beat lands perfectly, it is an absolute daydream of a trance that overcomes you when listening to I Go.

It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)

A track that featured on Gou's 2018 EP Once, It Makes You Forget (Itgehane) will probably be a track that some people listen to and instantly shout FIFA! Yes, whilst it was featured on the soundtrack of the popular videogame, it can stand tall on its own two feet. A gentle breeze of a track that features an irresistible vocal melody and beats that appear in technicolour waves.

It feels as though Peggy Gou crafts entire worlds within her songs which may just be her greatest talent, to completely immerse the listener in a new place entirely.

Starry Night

The perfect song to accompany you to pretty much anything from a walk in the sun to the middle of the dancefloor. Starry Night's momentum is the perfect way to get your night started, especially if you're looking to transcend for over 6 minutes. Get this one on the pre-party playlist.

Han Jan

The beat of this song is simple but feels incredibly effective. Sit back, relax and prepare to get into the flow of things. "You gotta do it right, enjoy your night" she sings. It's a mantra we can all get behind and it feels like something you could apply to most of Peggy Gou's music.

Gou Talk

A cut from 2016, it emphasises a key part of what makes Peggy Gou great, in the fact that listening to her music always just feels like fun. It feels as though love was poured into the creation of this song, where experimentation gave way to a beat that feels incredibly vibrant.

There's a moment where it feels as if a disco ball is firing off strobe lights, the light, repetitive beat making you stare out in awe. Peggy Gou's brand of House music makes us feel as though we could listen to it forever.
