Set to be another promising year from the UK’s award winning mid-sized festival. Get ready for revelry, magic and a whole host of eclectic acts at 2019’s Green Man.

With tickets selling out in record time, the anticipation for 2019’s Green Man is more palpable than ever before. Grasping the attention of teens, families and national newspapers alike, this whimsical little haven has rightfully earned its place as one of the UK’s leading mid-sized festivals.

Following from last year’s stellar line-up, Green Man had some big boots to fill. But of course, the festival’s organisers have spent years refining their winning formula, releasing line ups that always feel fresh yet enticingly familiar - and this latest edition bares all the right hallmarks.

With a versatile and all-inclusive mantra at its core, Four Tet [Live], Father John Misty, and Eels are all set to produce memorable headline sets. Joining them near the top of the bill, performances from Idles, Maribou State and Khruangbin are also sure to cause quite the stir.

DJ sets, bands and other exciting activities can be found across 10 idyllic areas. Nestled between the peaks of the Brecon Beacons, the festival grounds itself in the natural beauty of the area. Creating the perfect backdrop for art installations, exhibitions, comedy shows, science showcases, and the uniquely programmed music stages.

Mellow out to day time Folk at the Walled Garden, taste the local ales and ciders in the medieval Courtyard, or nurse your weary (post-night-out) bones at Nature Nurture. Above all else though, discover the place for yourself! Intimate and self-contained enough for any curious traveller to make their own way.

Self-discovery and utopian spirit being its defining features after all.

Green Man 2019 takes place between the 15th and 18th August just a short drive from the sleepy town of Crickhowell, Wales.
