Glasgow outfit Texas and Irish singer songwriter Imelda May are set to perform on the same bill at huge shows in Birmingham and Bristol, with both acts exhibiting their musical prowess at Bristol's St Phillips Gate on Friday 31st August and The Arena in Digbeth on Saturday 1st September.

The Scottish group, fronted by Charlene Spiteri were responsible for plenty of 90s bangers, with favourites including 'Summer Son', 'Inner Smile', 'You Can Say What You Want' and plenty more, and come though their performance in the midlands they will be reeling off anthem after anthem.

Imelda May has delivered rousing rockabilly since the early 2000's with her 2003 debut No Turning Back released under Imelda Cabby, her maiden name, whilst it's follow up Love Tattoo followed five years later. During her career May has supported U2 in Dublin and toured with Meatloaf while consistently maintaining her studio output, which saw her last release come just last year.

Both perform in Birmingham for the Skyline series on Saturday 1st September, and you can find Texas and Imelda May tickets from the box below at the 9am pre sale by signing up to remind me before 8th February, as well as during the general sale at 9am on Friday 9th February.
