Brit-pop band Cast hit the UK road in November playing material new and old. 20 years since the release of their opening statement All Change, their sixth record will be released later this year via Pledge Music.

Formed between John Power and Peter Wilkinson of Liverpool band's The La's and Shack, Cast are revered for instantly recognisable hits such as 'Walkaway' and 'Finetime'. After riding the high wave during the nineties, Cast split and reformed again in 2011 to tour All Change 15 years on. Subsequently they released the John Leckie produced Comeback Times and they've been operating since.

Now recruiting Jay Lewis on drums, Power, Tyson and O'Neill are set to extend Cast's reign with a tour that charters their back-catalogue as well as a fresh batch of material from the new record. If new single 'Baby Blue Eyes' is anything to go by, Cast retain the form of their peak years in the nineties and will return invigorated when they tour in autumn.
