Dan Snaith, a.k.a Caribou, has announced full details of his forthcoming new record entitled Suddenly, which will be released on 28th February 2020.

The news comes with a new track too, and the follow up to October release 'Home' which was the first Caribou track to be released in five years.

New single 'You and I' sees Snaith at his brilliant best, delivering a classy, contemporary electronic groover with drum pads aplenty, squealing synths and woozy vocals. Listen to it below.

Speaking of the track Snaith says:

"'You and I' was one of the first tracks on the album that I started and one of the last tracks I finished - it existed in some form or other throughout the whole arc of making the record. It also captures a lot of what the record, and the title of the album, are about - the track changes suddenly and unpredictably and it is about a change in my life that happened out of the blue."

Caribou are on tour in 2020, with live dates across the UK including performances at Liverpool's Invisible Wind Factory, Leeds' O2 Academy, Manchester's Victoria Warehouse and O2 Academy Birmingham.
