About Wee Dub Festival 2020
Wee Dub Festival is the UK’s only metropolitan reggae festival. It takes place in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town and there are four different sessions supported by various fringe events. It takes full advantage of Edinburgh’s many prestigious venues to deliver you a fully realised cultural experience.
Starting back in 2011, Wee Dub looked quite different as it took place during just one night at Studio 24. It only took one year for it to take a massive leap by turning itself into an event that spanned a whole weekend and brought in a whole host of legendary acts. Names that have passed through the festival include Dub Mafia, Mungo’s Hi-Fi and Dreadsquad.
Now Wee Dub has made itself into one of the best reggae events in the whole of the UK. It’s renowned for having a wonderfully welcoming vibe and for inviting in some phenomenal talent. If you love reggae then tickets for this are an absolute must.
