Terminal V Halloween festival

Terminal V Halloween 2023 takes place Friday 27th - Sunday 29th October 2023. 

Please Note: Friday event timings are different to Saturday & Sunday.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Designated disabled parking spaces are available to customers within the North Car Park. Flat and hard-standing routes link the car park to the Lowland Hall and Central Hall. The route and entrance to the Halls are fully accessible & wheelchair friendly.

There are accessible toilet facilities available along the Eastern Wall and within the West foyer of the Lowland Hall. A newly installed adult changing place is available to customers who request this facility in the adjacent Highland Hall.

The festival site is well equipped for disabled customers.

Terminal V Halloween is being held at The Royal Highland Centre, located on the West side of Edinburgh, situated next to Edinburgh Airport making it easily accessible from locations all over Scotland. There will be excessive strobe lighting used throughout the event.

Terminal V Halloween is a 1 day electronic music event which runs over multiple indoor warehouse stages.

Terminal V Halloween has different running times depending on the day.

FRIDAY: 7pm - 3am (last entry 10pm)

SATURDAY: 2pm - midnight (last entry 6:30pm)

SUNDAY: 2pm - midnight (last entry 6:30pm)

Stages are indoors and outdoors, within covered heated marquees. There are additional outdoor food areas.

You must be 18 or over to attend Terminal V Halloween. You may be asked to show photo ID.

The only forms of ID that are accepted to ensure festival entry are:

• Valid Provisional Driving Licence
• Valid Full Driving Licence
• Valid Passport

All tickets will be checked and scanned upon entry. Printing your ticket will speed up entry but is not required. For all e-tickets,  please make sure your smartphone is charged in order for the barcode to be scanned. General Admission, VIP and Personal Ticket Holders must present valid photographic ID and this applies to general admission, VIP and Personal Assistant Tickets. 

Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Any ticket holders under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to the event. 

Last entry to the venue will be advised on our social media, web and ticketing platforms. Please make sure to arrive before this time to ensure entry.

VIP, Guest list and Personal Assistant ticket holders should head to the box office upon arrival, which is located right outside the main entrance VIP and guest list ticket holders get separate fast track entry. Please follow event signage or ask a member of staff if you are lost. Once inside you will have access to the bars and toilets in the VIP area.

You can NOT bring your own alcohol onsite.

There is a cloakroom and lockers. Lockers are situated beside Charge Candy in the outdoor area.

There is no re-entry.

There is no dress code, but please wrap up and bring a jacket. It will likely be cold when you leave.

Please check the weather reports before setting off so you can dress appropriately.
