Skiddle guarantee that we have the lowest booking fees available for Rock The Mote Festival tickets. We are an official primary ticket outlet and all tickets are processed and dispatched by Skiddle direct to you. All our tickets are sold at face value and originate directly from the event organiser.
The festival is located in Mote Park, Maidstone.
Yes, customers are required to purchase a ticket for themselves, and then apply for a carers ticket via https://tally.so/r/mBp541
Processing your request can take up to 31 days. The deadline to apply is 21st May 2024.
After this date, your carer is welcome to attend but will need to purchase a ticket.
TRAVELING BY CAR
If you’re looking to arrive by car, you will need to buy a parking ticket from the Skiddle ticket page.
If you’re camping with us, you will need to purchase a parking ticket for both days.
The car park situated within Mote Park’s main entrance is for park users only.
Please note, we strongly advise that you do not park in and around residential areas surrounding the
park and doing so will run the risk of you receiving a parking ticket.
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN
Maidstone West Station – 1.3 miles from Mote Park
Maidstone Barracks Station – 1.7 miles from Mote Park
Maidstone East Station – 1.4 miles from Mote Park
TRAVELLING BY BUS
The Mall Bus Station is located approximately one mile from Mote Park.
If you hold a weekend ticket and would like to enhance your festival experience – you can add a camping ticket to your order!
Please note camping tickets are required per person – not per tent!
If you would like to park your car over the weekend while camping – you will also need a camping parking ticket!
Rock the Mote open their campsite at 14:00 on Friday 31st May and closes for entry/re-entry at midnight.
The campsite then reopens at 08:00 and closes for entry/re-entry at midnight on both - Saturday 1st June and Sunday 2nd June 2024.
VIP CAMPING
For those campers who want a little more luxury with their festival experience,
VIP Camping is a smaller field with fewer members than general and has its own luxury loos and showers.
You can leave the campsite to go back to your car, or to visit the Sainsbury’s which is approx 10min walk away.
You will be searched by security on re-entry each time.
There are no official pitch sizes, but they ask that campers to be considerate to others when considering their tent sizes.
There will be no power at your pitch, however, they will have extension leads within the campsite where
you can charge your mobile phone (this is left to charge at your own risk & we hold no
responsibility for lost or stolen items whilst being charged).
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
Only those camping with Rock the Mote will be allowed to leave the arena to go back to the camping field and be re-admitted.
Yes, purchase your parking ticket from the Skiddle ticket page. Show your blue badge upon arrival to the car
park and our marshals will direct you to the disabled parking bays.

Camping Ticket Holders can NOT bring the following:
- Glass of any kind (this includes food/drink bottles & perfume etc)
- Alcohol which exceeds the allowed PP amount
- Aerosols over 250ml
- Air horns / Megaphones
- Animals (other than registered hearing / guide dogs)
- Blow torches
- Drones
- Firewood
- Fireworks
- Illegal substances (drugs) and legal / herbal highs
- Nitrous Oxide and any items associated with the taking of
- Petrol burners
No food or drink from the campsite can be taken into the main arena.
Each customer will be searched and so too will their bags. There will be a zero-tolerance approach implemented by Rock the Motes experienced and professional security team.
All food, drinks (500ml of sealed bottled water is permitted), glass and sharp objects will be
confiscated upon entry. We ask that you do not bring perfume or any other valuable cosmetics to the event
because it will be confiscated and there is no guarantee that you will get it back. Rock the mote takes no responsibility for
any lost valuables at the entrance or inside the event.
There will also be a medical area on site, where trained first-aiders and paramedics
will be available at any time.
Yes, there will be an accessible viewing area at the show.
Rock the Mote is allowing disposable BBQ’s and camping stoves into the camp site, should you
wish to cook for yourselves rather than visit our campsite street food vendors.
Please note all portable BBQs must be on legs and operate using coal only.
Camping stoves must use aerosol gas only – no gas bottles are permitted.
There will be ample fire extinguishers situated throughout the campsite for your safety and
a BBQ waste disposal area within the centre of the campsite.
The weather shouldn’t affect the festival too much because of the time of year, however, the ground
may become wet and soft, so if the weather up to and including the day of the festival is wet,
Rock the Mote advises wearing your wellies and waterproof jackets!
The event is fully wheelchair accessible but takes place on grass in a predominantly outdoor environment, where adverse weather conditions can affect the ground.
Rock the Mote welcomes camper vans/motorhomes into the Rock the Mote!
You will have the option to purchase your camper van tickets with an electricity supply or without.
Camper vans or Motor Home vehicles pitches will be 6x6m.
Adults are not permitted to bring any food or drinks onto the site, apart from one 500ml sealed bottle of water per person. However, Rock the Mote will allow children’s snacks and a soft drink for young children.
Those camping with Rock the Mote can bring a personal supply of food and drink for consumption in the camping areas.
Yes, there will be numerous disabled toilets on site.
Friday = 17:00pm - 22:00pm
Saturday - Sunday = 12:00pm - 22:00pm
Highly trained Assistance Dogs are the only animals permitted. Due to possible concerns for animal welfare in the environment (including loud music, smoke, sun, pyrotechnics and fireworks) Rcok the Mote asks that anyone requiring a highly trained assistance dog to accompany them to contact Rock the Mote first at customer@lucuslive.com.
You’re welcome to bring your own seating (folding, camping chairs) and blankets to sit on, however
please be aware that these cannot be placed directly in front of the stage because it creates a hazard.
You must be behind the barriers, which will be clearly signposted.
Rock the Mote does allow campers to bring cosmetics into the campsite but please be prepared to spray/use it on yourself upon entry (security may ask this as a measure to ensure what is inside is perfume).
Please also note that Rock the Mote do not allow glass perfume or aftershave bottles over 30ml, so any glass bottles/containers.
Bigger than this will be confiscated upon entry and you will not receive these items back.
