- Clear bags no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" or clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 5.5"
- Baby strollers / prams

- Blankets / towels
- Basic cameras without accessories, tripods, or attachments (no selfie sticks)
- EMPTY reusable water bottles / hydration packs, plastic or aluminium
- Non-aerosol sunscreen, 3.4 ounces or less.
Prohibited:
- Bags larger than the ones listed above.
- Aerosols
- Coolers / cool boxes
- Framed backpacks or multiple pocket backpacks
- Any and all professional audio recording equipment
- Any and all professional cameras or video equipment
- Drones / remote flying devices
- Hammocks
- Glass of any kind
- Illegal / illicit substances of any kind
- Outside food / drink (inc. alcohol)
- Umbrellas
- Pets (except service animals)
- Selfie sticks
- Skateboards / scooters / bicycles / wagons / carts / personal motorized vehicles
- Tents / canopies / gazebos / shade structures
- Unauthorized / unlicensed vendors
- Weapons / explosives
- Fireworks
- Large chains / spiked jewellery
- Chairs of any kind
- Smoking, including vaping
All bags will be searched upon entry. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags. For speedy entry, leave your bags at home and take advantage of the festival's No Bag Express Lanes.
Yes, ticket holders can leave and re-enter 2 additional times after entering. You will have to scan your wristband each time.
There are special designated lanes at the festival entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for the Accessibility signs above the entrance lanes or ask a Festival Staff member to direct you to the lanes.
A Patrons are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name and only a sufficient supply for that day. Our medical personnel at the entry gates will verify the contents. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact location). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.
Lollapalooza Accessibility Center is located inside the festival grounds on Columbus Dr. just west of Buckingham Fountain. It is clearly marked on the festival map.
Our Accessibility Center services include, but are not limited to:
- Answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Programs
- Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities
- Programming information in large print for reference
- Power outlet for recharging power wheelchairs
- Festival map that identifies all viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations, patrons who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing or sensory difficulties (plus one companion). Please note that special accessible viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Sensory Access is partnering with Lollapalooza to create a safe experience at the festival for those with Sensory difficulties, including those with Autism, Down Syndrome, etc. Sensory Access will be providing headphones, information on quiet spaces around the venue and assistance for those who have difficulty with the sensory aspects of music festivals and concerts.
