Ticket Information
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET
A full day of iconic music shows all accessed with one ticket, the day will run from 10:30am - 10:30pm. This will be a family friendly event with food and drink stalls available (no food and drink is allowed inside the arena).
Alcohol sales will be operated under an enforced ‘Challenge 25’ system.
Any children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Please note that no children under 14 years will be allowed into the venue without an accompanying adult over 18 years. Maximum of 3 children per adult.
UPGRADES TO TICKETS
VIP Tickets include a guaranteed VIP viewing area near the stage, exclusive use of the VIP bar and VIP toilet facilities, car parking, along with potential to meet some of the artists. Standard tickets can be upgraded to VIP Tickets on the day of the festival only. You will be able to do this at our ticket office on the day.
If you are planning to use the £5 included for parking after upgrading then please park, then show your parking ticket when upgrading and £5 will be removed from the cost.
Can I leave and re-enter Icons Festival?
No pass-outs will be issued except under exceptional circumstances on the day. This will be decided upon by the security team. Anyone seeking re-admission will be subject to security checks and anyone found to be excessively intoxicated will be refused entry.
What happens if I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
How do I get to Icons Festival?
The address for Icons Festival is: Imber Court, Ember Ln, East Molesey, Surrey, KT10 8EG. Imber Court are NOT the organisers of this event: all enquiries should be addressed to Icons Festival and not the Imber Court office.
Imber Court venue is just an 11 minute walk from both Thames Ditton and Esher railway stations and 1 mile from Hampton Court station and is well served by motorway and rail services, connecting the whole of the UK. Taxis are readily available in the area.

Icons Festival is fully committed to making our event accessible to all as far as we possibly can. Please visit our Access page if you have questions about parking, our accessible viewing platform or our Personal Assistant Ticket Scheme. Please apply with our Access Application Form, fill it out and email it us at info@iconsfestival.co.uk with ACCESS APPLICATION FORM in the subject line and we will be in touch. Note that the form has the ability to be filled out on your computer as well as printed and scanned.
Can I park at Icons Festival?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the festival and the cost of £5.00 per day, per car. This is purchased on the day of the festival only and on a first come first serve basis.
Can I leave my car overnight?
To encourage safe driving you can leave your car overnight, however, it must be removed by 11:00 am the morning after the Festival.
Is there Food & Drink at Icons Festival?
High quality street food stalls were extremely well received at Icons 2019. There will be more of that this year - Great choices of interesting food, including VEGETARIAN, VEGAN and GLUTEN - FREE options.

Drinking water is available inside the arena FREE of charge. Empty plastic bottles are allowed into the arena.
Please note that NO food or drink will be allowed upon entry into the arena due to stipulation in our licence. A search policy operates at the Festival and any food and drinks including alcohol will be confiscated.
Our drinks vendors accept both cash and card. Please note that some of our food vendors may accept cash only.
