About How The Light Gets In 2020

The world’s largest philosophy and music festival touches down in London for the summer of 2020. Feed your minds, bodies and souls at HowTheLightGetsIn. For one weekend only, you'll find the world's leading thinkers debating today's biggest ideas in the spectacular grounds of Kenwood House on Hampstead Heath. The festival's confirmed speakers include journalist Joanna Gosling, prominent politicians Vince Cable and Rory Stewart, economist Mariana Mazzucato, philosopher Slavoj Zizek, and many more.

The world's leading thinkers will discuss everything from the end of the West and the rise of China to the presence of paradox at the heart of all thought, with digressions on everything from population decline to the political categories of 'right' and 'left'.

Alongside a range of debates, talks and workshops in London, there will be some of the hottest music acts making for a wonderful atmosphere at a beautiful location.
