Can I bring alcohol into the campsite?
Yes you can but no glass bottles and only bring a sensible amount per person- there’s no need to bring the stock of a bar with you!
Is there car parking?
Yes there is a carpark which costs £10 that you pay in cash on arrival.
Are there cash machines on site?
There are no cash machines or cash back facilities on site so make sure you bring enough money to last the duration of your stay.
Do I have to bring ID?
Yes! In Scotland challenge 25 is in place. This means that if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be challenged for photographic ID before you purchase alcohol.
Are there age restrictions?
This is an over 18 only festival. You must bring photographic ID to prove your age.
Are there bus services from Inverness?
Yes there is a shuttle bus service from the Inverness bus station to the festival run by D&E coaches. Full details and timetable will be on travel page closer to the festival.
How much does the bus service cost?
It’s £10 for a return journey.
Do you have to book the bus services from Inverness?
Yes you can book them in advance from the ironworks venue and the bus station. However, you can buy them on the day as well.
Is there somewhere I can be dropped off and picked up?
Yes there is a dedicated drop off and pick up point which will be clearly signposted upon arrival.
Are there taxis to and from the festival?
There are taxi ranks throughout Inverness city centre and there will be a dedicated taxi rank at the festival.
Can I camp in the surrounding area?
No, there is a Highland Council camping exclusion zone in place around Dores beach and surrounding areas of the festival. There will be security monitoring these areas and if you are found camping you will be asked to move along.
What time do I have to leave by on Sunday?
12 midday

Can you scan my e-ticket from my phone?
Yes we can. However, if your phone signal is poor and you can’t access it then we can’t let you in! We advise that you print you e-ticket out to avoid that situation.
Are legal highs allowed?
No drugs or ‘legal highs’ other than prescription drugs are allowed at the festival. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. Police officers will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. If you engage in the unlawful supply of drugs, it is likely that you will be arrested. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable to eviction from the site.
