Equinox Festival

Equinox Festival returns to Chalk Farm on Friday September 15th to Monday September 18th 2023.

Tickets including camping start from £105 plus booking fee.

With campervans starting from £30 plus booking fee. 

By Taxi - There are several local taxi firms to choose from. It is recommended that you use the taxi firms to travel from the train station and bus stops to avoid walking on the roads if you are carrying a lot of camping equipment. 

By Car - If travelling by car please use the postcode until you reach the festival road signs then follow them for the remainder of your journey. If travelling from the North you will be joining the M180 towards Scunthorpe/ Grimsby and if travelling from the South you will travel towards Lincoln following the A158 / Wragby Road E to A157. 

By Bus - The Interconnect 51 bus is running regular routes across the weekend. 

By Rail - The closest rail station is Grimsby Town.

General Site Info: Chalk Farm is a greenfield site- mainly flat but there are sloping areas and it can become muddy, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy. Please bear this in mind.

Arena Facilities: There are accessible toilets located in the arena.

General Campsite Facilities: The camping area is flat and the arena is easily accessible from most of the camping area. Tent camping is included in weekend ticket price, tickets are also available for campervans, live-ins and caravans.

Accessible Campsite: Please apply on our website equinoxfestival.org.uk Accessible toilets are provided, along with a secure fridge for any medication that may need to be kept cold. Charging facilities for electric wheelchairs or scooters and medical devices.

Equinox Festival is located on Chalk Farm in Louth, Lincolnshire. The postcode is DN36 5RS.

Yes, Payment Plan tickets are available so you can spread the cost of your ticket over multiple smaller payments. You can find more information about Payment Plans here 

The campsite will be open 10.00am Friday. There is strictly no admittance before this time. There is no holding area for you to park up in until we open, anyone blocking roads or illegally parking will be reported to the authorities.

You are welcome to stay until Midday on Monday.

As Equinox Festival is a family festival there isn’t an age limit however you may be asked to show photo ID.

Unfortunately, we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Yes, you are able to camp in a campervan/caravan at equinox festival. However, a ticket for this will be required which they advise to purchase this ticket before arrival to the festival.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into Equinox Festival. There will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival, serving up organic, vegetarian and vegan options.
