Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult AGED 21 AND OVER. On entering the festival and at all times while attending the festival. One adult aged 21 or over may accompany a maximum of THREE persons under 18 to the festival venue.

Do you have bank machines or card facilities at the festival?
No bank machines or card machines are available at the festival.
(PLEASE BRING PLENTY OF CASH)
When does the event start and finish?
Friday - Gates open at 4pm and the festival closes at 11pm.
Saturday - Gates open at 1pm and the festival closes at 11pm.
When is the latest I can enter the Festival?
All festival goers must be inside the arena by 9pm.
Where can I find the running times for the day?
Running times will be announced this Wednesday 30th May.
Where is the entrance?
The festival site is clearly marked on the festival map on our website and social media pages. Once you arrive at Hazlehead Park please make your way to the football pitches beside the football pavilion and you will then see the festival site which is located in the Highland Games Field in Hazlehead Park.
How can I get to and from the festival?
A shuttle bus will be available (£2 each way) to and from the site to the city (timetable to be added to website soon). There will also be a Rainbow City Taxi's managed taxi rank at the festival.
Can I park at Enjoy Music?
There is limited parking at the festival. Spaces must be booked online, in advance at https://www.skiddle.com/festivals/enjoy-music . Vehicles arriving without having pre-booked, will not be able to park at the festival site.
Do I need to print my e-tickets, or can I show the code on my phone?
Both methods are acceptable on the gate.
Can I take my own food and drink?
No food or drink may be brought into the festival, but you can purchase inside the arena.
What sort of things cannot be brought to the festival?
Tents, gazebos, sharp ended umbrellas, as well as anything that could be deemed an offensive weapon must not be brought onto the festival site. Air horns, Chinese lanterns, glass, laser pens, BBQ's, bikes, scooters, illegal drugs, psychoactive substances (legal highs), pyrotechnics and the like are all strictly prohibited.
What facilities are provided at the festival?
We have toilets and baby changing facilities in the main arena.
What about disabled visitors?
We welcome disabled guests and the festival provides full wheelchair access. Please enter by the main entrance. For carer tickets please purchase your tickets normally and then contact us with your tickets details to arrange for carer tickets. contact: info@digitalloveaberdeen.co.uk
Can I leave the festival to drop off the kids and then return?
An adult who is supervising a child/children may have one pass out (no multi entry). Please note, there is no re-entry for non-parent adult ticket holders if you leave the festival.
Can we take dogs or pets to the festival?
Sorry, no pets or other animals are allowed, except assistance and guide dogs.
If I can't attend, can I sell my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable and can't be exchanged or refunded, as per the terms and conditions of the ticket outlet.
Will there be tickets available on the day?
Tickets are selling extremely well so we strongly advise you to get your tickets in advance
What drinks will be on sale?
Bars around the arena will operate on a token system and be stocked with a selection of beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Where can I smoke and drink at the festival?
Standard law applies. You make smoke in the open air, but not inside big tops and tents -- look out for the 'no smoking' signs. Strictly no smoking or alcohol to be consumed in the family area.
