There are two main lines that will get you to DGTL Madrid: line 112 (Mar de Cristal - Barrio del Aeropuerto) and 122 (Avenida de América - Feria de Madrid). Please check the link above to see exact directions.
BY METRO
Line 8, Feria de Madrid station (metro runs from 6.05am to 2am).
If your lodgement is located at the city centre, chances are you are going to need a public transport connection to get there. Your best chance would be to head over to the renowned Plaza del Sol, where you would need to take de Cercanías C4 train to Nuevos Ministerios station. Once there, hop on the line 8 Metro line (headed to the Aeropuerto T4) and get off at Feria de Madrid station.

BY PLANE
IFEMA is conveniently located near Madrid's main airport: Barajas. The metro's line 8 connects the airport with IFEMA, in case you're partying right off the plane. However, you will probably want to head over to the city centre to drop your bags. In that case, the metro line 8 will connect you to Nuevos Ministerios city-centre station, where you can make the transfer to your final destination.

Being the capital of Spain, Madrid is more than well-connected regarding its train stations. Most travellers prefer to set their destination for Madrid-Puerta de Atocha though, given its city-centre location.
