PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TICKETS
If you wish to purchase a ticket to Arcadia London and you have personal assistance, your assistant will be given a free ticket. All you need to do is contact Arcadia London at info@lwe.events with a copy of your ticket (or a confirmation email) and the name, surname and email address of your assistant. They will then be sent a barcoded guest ticket which they will need to provide on entrance to the festival. Don’t be alarmed if the ticket doesn’t come through immediately – Arcadia London usually collate all the information up until the day before the event, and only then send the guest tickets out.
Please be aware that a large part of the festival is set on grass. The ground tends to get soft and muddy in case of wet weather on the day or ahead of the event. We understand that this makes it particularly difficult for wheelchair users, hence Arcadia London will offer a free ticket to a person accompanying you even if you don’t require assistance due to your medical condition.
All accessibility queries should be directed to LWE – drop them an email on info@lwe.events

Entrance
There is a separate fast-track queue dedicated to disabled customers. As you approach the festival entrance, stick to your right and follow the signage on the tarmac path. Once you’ve been searched by our security team, you will see that there is an Info Point on your left- hand side (under the same tent as the search tables). The friendly staff there can answer any questions you may have throughout the day. You will also be given a booklet which contains set times and a festival map.
Lockers
Further down on the left-hand side you will see a locker area – it’s our version of a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings and come back to them throughout the day as you wish. You can pre-purchase your locker on our ticketing website. They are easily accessible.
Tokens
We will be operating a tokens system on site, which means you will need to purchase tokens to be able to buy drinks at the bars.
Please note: that these tokens can ONLY be used for drinks at the bars - they won’t be accepted by food traders, the merchandise stand, retail traders or at the locker area. Instead, you’ll be able to use cash and/or card for these. If you don’t end up using all your tokens, they can be refunded on site until 22:00 on the day of purchase.
Food
We have a food village on site with a covered seating area – the perfect place to come back to and relax if it all gets a little bit too much. There will be all sorts of delicious food on offer catering for any allergies and various dietary preferences.
First aid/welfare
This area is located at the end of the food vendors line, on the right-hand side as you enter the site. You can head here whenever you need a time out, a friendly person to talk to, or any type of medical assistance at all.
The show
Enjoy the experience across our two stages – one outdoor and one new undercover stage – complete with a spectacular display of flames, lasers, aerial circus performers and more…
Please note: We use lights, lasers, a 360 degree sound system, smoke machines, haze, strobes, pyro, large flame effects, tesla effects and human aerial performance so may not be suitable for some people. Please also expect crowds. There will be an accessible viewing platform with a viewing area for those who would prefer to be out of the crowd.
Toilets
There are three toilet locations on site and each one will be equipped with a disabled toilet. Our friendly staff will be positioned there throughout the day to ensure they are used properly to keep the queues at a minimal level. Please refer to a festival map to find these.
Evacuation policy
In the unlikely event of evacuation of a part or the whole site, please seek help with a member of staff that is nearest to you. All of our security and stewards are trained in assisting you in such a situation.
Medicine
If you need to bring any medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition, or medical equipment you are welcome to do so. Please email us to outline your requirements - we will ensure our staff are briefed on the day and introduce you to our medical team.
Routes & pathways
As aforementioned, the majority of the event area will be on grass. However, there is a wide tarmac path that runs across the whole site which will ease access for wheelchair users.
Viewing platform
We have a viewing platform available at the Spider stage. Access to this will be available to anyone who needs it. It’d be really helpful to us if you get in touch in advance if you feel like you might need access to this as it will determine the size of platform we need to provide. Unfortunately, there is no viewing platform for the second stage but if you speak to our security team, they will help you find a suitable space within the venue.
Accessible bar
There will be a number of bars on site that will offer an easily accessible section with a lowered serving point, accessible large font menus and trained staff. Please refer to the festival map to find them - the accessible section is usually at the end of the bar.
Assistance
There will be a team of volunteers on site that will be on hand to assist you throughout the day if needed. To get in touch with them, please head over to the Info Point.
