Biography

My names Explicit I'm a Hip Hop emcee from Manchester, England. My music is really a reflection of my life, in my songs you will hear the good the bad and the ugly in its raw, uncut form. I've always loved making music and using it as a medium to safely express my emotions, after making song after song for 7-10 years I knew that i wanted to pursue music as a career, and decided to put everything i had into making the dream into a reality.

For the past 18 months I've been part of a band called The Moods, a band that has been around for 15 years but is always evolving, they wanted to add a hip hop vibe to their already diverse sound. Since i got the call and linked up with The Moods I finally felt that my music had direction again and i was getting the plaudits i deserved for my years of hard work. It is a privilege to have had this opportunity with the plethora of hip hop talent this city has.

I was a solo artist for a number of years until i joined The Moods, and while i plan to continue working with The Moods for the foreseeable future I am still working on solo material (albums, videos, shows etc). I am currently signed under the Real Records label and plan to be doing a national tour in the next year.

In conclusion its been very busy but exciting times for me and everybody involved.
